Properties and Applications: dark red light brown. Soluble in hot water for orange red, soluble in ethanol for red light brown. In concentrated sulfuric acid for brown, dilute almost unchanged; In concentrated nitric acid for brown solution, dilution after amber solution. Dye aqueous solution to join concentrated hydrochloric acid for amber solution; Join concentrated sodium hydroxide solution for brown.
