Manufacturing Methods :2,4-Dichlororesorcinol (2 Moore) and Phthalic anhydride (1 Moore) condensation, with Sodium hydroxide extraction segregating out 2 ‘, 4 ‘, 5 ‘, 7 ‘- tetrachlorofluorescein (melting point of 296 ~ 305 ℃), then use Hydrochloric acid acidification.
Properties and Applications:blue light pink. Insoluble in water, soluble in 10% sodium hydroxide solution.
