Manufacturing Methods : 4-(Dichloro(4-(diethylamino)phenyl)methyl)-N,N-diethylbenzenamine and  N-p-tolylnaphthalen-1-amine condensation.

Properties and Applications:  blue. Soluble in water for blue purple, easily soluble in ethanol for purple. The strong sulfuric acid for yellow brown, rare to green, then turned blue. Sodium hydroxide aqueous dye solution with a light red-brown precipitate.
