Manufacturing Methods : 4-(Diethylamino)benzaldehyde (1 Moore) and 2-(Ethyl(m-tolyl)amino)ethanesulfonic acid (2 Moore) in the condensation sulfuric acid, garnish with heavy chromate salt-oxalic acid oxidation.

Properties and Applications: blue. Soluble in water for blue purple, soluble in ethanol is pure blue. The strong sulfuric acid for yellow until golden brown, diluted into light green.
