Manufacturing Methods : The 1-Methoxy-2-nitrobenzene reduction of 3,3′-Dimethoxylbenzidine, and with an acid rearrangement transposition.

Properties and Applications: gray powder, soluble point 137 ~ 138 ℃. Fine products for needle crystal, exposed to air color will gradually become the deep. Slightly soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ethyl ether, hydrochloric acid, benzene and chloroform. Mainly used for cotton dyeing, coupled ability is weak, coupling speed.
