Manufacturing Methods : (a) Bis(4-(diethylamino)phenyl)methanone and N,N-diethylbenzenamine and trichloride condensation; (b) N,N-diethylbenzenamine in the presence of zinc and Phosgene response; (C) Bis(4-(diethylamino)phenyl)methanol and N,N-diethylbenzenamine condensation, and then will product oxidation.
Properties and Applications: blue purple. Soluble in cold water and hot water are violet blue, easily soluble in ethanol for violet. The strong sulfuric acid in orange, yellow to orange for diluted green. The dye solution to join sodium hydroxide have grey purple precipitation.
