Manufacturing Methods : 3,3′-Dimethylbenzidine double nitriding, first in alkaline conditions and 8-Amino-4-hydroxynaphthalene-2-sulfonic acid coupling, and then in alkaline conditions and 4-Amino-5-hydroxynaphthalene-1-sulfonic acid coupling.

Properties and Applications:  red light navy blue. Soluble in water for the navy, slightly soluble in ethanol for purple. The strong sulfuric acid for blue, purple for red after diluted. The dye solution to join strong hydrochloric acid for deep purple, have precipitation; Add thick sodium hydroxide solution for deep purple, have precipitation.
