Manufacturing Methods : Aniline (2 Moore) and 4-Chloro-3-nitrobenzene-1-sulfonyl chloride condensation

Properties and Applications: Brilliant yellow. Brown yellow powder. Soluble in ethanol, acetone and benzene. The strong sulfuric acid dyes for dark yellow brown solution, after diluted yellow precipitation. Melting point 157 ℃. Dye in bath of copper, iron ion had no significant effect on color shade. The product has good dyeing performance and fastness, widely used in fibers and blended fabric dyeing, especially suitable for high temperature and high pressure dyeing method. The dye appropriate pH value for 3 ~ 7, dyeing color temperature of 120 ~ 130 ℃. Mainly used for polyester and their blended fabric dyeing and printing. Can be used for polyester, polyester/cotton blended, polyester/stick blended fabric printing directly.
