Properties and Applications: blue light red. Soluble in water for blue light red, moderate soluble in ethanol to red, slightly soluble in Acetone. In concentrated sulfuric acid to purple, dilution after magenta, precipitation, In concentrated nitric acid to dark red, red to yellow. Dye aqueous solution to join concentrated hydrochloric acid to red; Join concentrated sodium hydroxide solution for red orange brown.
