Properties and Applications: dark red light orange. Soluble in water and Etanol for orange. In concentrated sulfuric acid to yellow, after diluted solution for yellow, accompanied by precipitation. Dye aqueous solution to join 10% sulfuric acid as yellow; Add 10% sodium hydroxide solution for orange.
