Manufacturing Methods : 2-Chloro-4-nitrobenzenamine diazotization, and N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-methylbenzenamine coupling.

Properties and Applications: blue light red. Soluble in ethanol and Cellosole for blue light red, soluble in acetone, slightly soluble in benzene and Carbon tetrachloride. In concentrated sulfuric acid for dark blue light red, dilution have bright red precipitation; In 10% of the sulfate for red; 10% sodium hydroxide solution for brown. Used for acetate, polyethylene, thermal plastic coloring.
