Manufacturing Methods :With or without with a phenol and 4-(4-Hydroxyphenylamino)phenol 4-(Naphthaleti-2-ylamino)phenol in Sodium polysulfide of tert – Butanol solution, 108 ℃ reflux heating 30 hours, then use Sodium nitrite oxidation, water steam distillation out tert – Butanol, filter ceding dye crude products, with dilute hydrochloric acid treatment into final product. The dye in the cellulose fiber dyeing, its resistance to chlorine bleaching fastness is better than the 2,4-Dinitrophenol and by the Sulphur Black (C.I. Sulphur Black 1 and related dye)
Note: with 4-(4-Hydroxyphenylamino)phenol is to prevent to final products are prone to brown light, but also can need not (BIOS 983117-129).
Properties and Applications: blue black. In the Sodium hydroxide solution for gray, dilution after black precipitation; In concentrated sulfuric acid for blue, dilution after black precipitation.
